FAQ
The Architecture Review is a fixed-scope, two-week engagement. It begins with a scope definition call to establish what's in flight or planned, followed by a full review of your Agentforce initiative's current or proposed architecture. You receive a written assessment covering what's sound, what's at risk, and a prioritized remediation roadmap. An optional follow-up call walks through findings with your team.
On retainer, our founder serves as your independent architectural authority across the program. This typically includes a monthly architecture review cadence, review of work delivered by your SI or internal teams before it ships, architecture decision records for significant design choices, and a clear escalation path for high-risk changes. Retainer scope is defined at the start of each engagement and adjusted as the program evolves.
Yes. Many clients start with an Architecture Review to establish a baseline, then extend into a Fractional Chief Architect retainer or a project-scoped Custom Engagement. The assessment findings directly inform the scope of whatever comes next.
The primary focus is Salesforce Agentforce including architecture, agentic experiences, external integrations, and production observability. For engagements that require a modern web layer, we bring deep experience in Next.js and Vercel, allowing for a 100% custom front-end that is vendor agnostic of your agentic back-end. Infrastructure outside the Salesforce and Vercel platforms is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Architecture Reviews are fixed-fee, quoted before kick-off. Retainer engagements are billed monthly. Custom project engagements are quoted per scope and typically structured as a percentage upfront with the remainder based on flexible options. All engagements are invoiced. Payment terms are established in the engagement contract.
